Our Liberty Roast is a light blend of South American coffees that are perfect for early sunrises. Tasting notes include walnuts, mild apple, slight raisin, and toffee. Process notes include environmentally friendly washed beans that are sun-dried. This coffee is both partial sun and full sun-grown at high mountain elevations.
